RETURNS & REFUNDS

You may return an online purchase within 60 days of receiving it if:
  • The Product is misbound or faulty in any way
  • The Product you received was different to the one ordered
  • The Product arrived damaged
If your return meets any of the above conditions you will be entitled to a refund or an exchange, where proof of purchase is provided. We’ll happily provide a refund on full priced items back to your original method of payment or process an exchange for any other item (subject to availability).

Conditions
  • Returned items must be accompanied with proof of purchase
  • Return requested by email to shop@shannonsclub.com.au
  • Return authorisation has been approved via email
  • Your return is accompanied by a return form
  • Cost of postage to return item will not be reimbursed to the sender.
Strictly no change of mind returns.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

If your return meets the above conditions, please email us as soon as possible at shop@shannonsclub.com.au to let us know. We ask that you include in your email photos of the incorrect/damaged items for our reference along with a photo of the packing slip if possible.

We will email you a return form that will need to be completed, and sent with your original order and proof of purchase.

Please ensure you use a protective packaging and a registered/traceable form of postage as the Shannons Club will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost on return.

Once we receive your returned item/s we will either;
  • Process a refund back to your original method of payment
  • Place an exchange order for the item/s you are after (subject to availability)

We aim to process all returns within 10 working days of receipt.

If we find that the replacement item/s you are after are no longer in stock when your return is received, we will process a refund.

Please note:
Refunds to credit/debit cards can take 3-5 business days to appear on your bank statement, dependent on your banks practices.
