We offer free shipping Australia wide.

You will receive an automated email confirmation after your order has been submitted. Please ensure that your email address has been entered correctly. If this is not received within 5 minutes, please check your junk/spam folder.

We ship all orders from our base in Melbourne. Please allow 10 business days for order processing and up to 10 business days for delivery once an order is shipped. All items will be fully traceable once shipped.

If your automated shipping notification is sent after 2PM AEST it will not be dispatched until the following business day. Tracking details may need some time to become active. Please check later in the afternoon for updated details.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us at and we will investigate this for you. Please note that it can take a few days to resolve so please bear with us.


If you wish to modify your order after it has been submitted, please email as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.


If you have received an incorrect item or your item/s arrive damaged, please email us as soon as possible at to let us know. We ask that you include in your email photos of the incorrect/damaged items for our reference along with a photo of the packing slip if possible.

Cost of postage to return item will not be reimbursed to the sender.
